Job Description: Company DescriptionOur client is embarking on an Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) Project, aimed at transforming its business processes and improving decision-making through timely access to information. The project leverages Oracle Cloud ERP Software as a Service (SaaS) and involves a partnership with IBM, along with an internal team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This comprehensive initiative spans areas such as process redesign, technology modernization, and information management.This is a contract engagement- initially for two years, with optional renewal periods.

- Mon – Fri schedule with a 7.25-hour workday

Your contributions will be integral to the success of this initiative.Job DescriptionReporting to the ERP Project Director, the Project Manager to join a cross-functional team and assist in planning, coordinating, and reporting on ERP project tasks and activities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the project’s success, client satisfaction, and risk mitigation.Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional project teams.
- Producing project deliverables and reports.
- Tracking and managing project issues and risks.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Participating in project meetings and status updates.
Additional information about the position:
- The work location is primarily onsite, but remote work is considered with periodic visits to the project office.
- Our client will provide the necessary technology devices.
- The Project Manager will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete Privacy and Security training.
- References will be requested and evaluated as part of the selection process.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- A University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or certification in Information Technology from a recognized community college (equivalent education and experience may be considered).
- 5 years of recent Project Management experience.
- 3 years of experience in IM/IT.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral).
