Job Description: Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionThe Project Manager will plan, implement, and lead multiple projects to develop or improve the organization’s business processes. This role will deliver on project objectives, on budget, on time, and safely, for the lifecycle of the project, from initiation to closing. Project management responsibilities include defining and controlling the scope, budget, and schedule, plus helping to negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors, and users. As an expert in process development, the project manager will lead teams in a facilitator capacity to grow the organization’s ability to maintain its management systems. This is a ‘hands-on’ leadership role in a dynamic environment, requiring daily interaction with project team members (including physicists, designers, engineers, and technicians) to make plans, decisions, and solve problems. External interactions include vendors and contractors.Hard Skills

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and Excel
• Experience with business processes across a range of subject matter areas (e.g., quality, safety)
• Experience with process implementation in medium to large organizations
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong abilities in project planning and estimations, plus developing appropriate performance indicators
