Job Description: On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Project Administrator/Coordinator for a 4.5-month contract with the possibility of extensions.Summary of the role: The Project Administrator/Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of various projects. Working primarily onsite in Victoria, the successful candidate will assist with project scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks, supporting the team in maintaining project standards and organization.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide project support, including scheduling and documentation, to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and managing distribution of materials.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of project documentation, such as plans and logs.
• Support contract-related tasks, including the creation of statements of work and purchase orders.
• Arrange department meetings, manage bookings, and organize training sessions.
• Oversee onboarding activities and coordinate travel and conference arrangements for team members.
• Maintain and update departmental resources, such as distribution lists and SharePoint sites.

Core Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of corporate administrative support experience.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Workday, Smartsheet, and other common office software applications.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in project coordination or project management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of office practices and procedures.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with both internal staff and external vendors.

Terms: This is a 4.5-month onsite contract in Victoria, ending on March 31, 2025, with the possibility of extensions. The successful candidate will need to provide a resume, a 1-page write-up on their fit for the role, 3 work samples (1 page each), and 2 references as part of the application.
