Job Description: If you are a self-confident, self motivated person with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills and you enjoy a fast-paced team-driven environment, contact us today!Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Project Coordinator who will work with the Program Leads and other internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives and create exceptional experiences for the client’s employees, leaders and partners.Responsibilities:

• Program Administration
• Management of program event calendar, SharePoint site, Viva Engage, community engagement
• Registration and onboarding of users
• Data extracts and basic manipulation and reporting
• Drafting and sending communications
• Collateral Management (creating and maintaining “pitch-decks”, one-page guides, support materials, etc.)
• Broader work and accountabilities may be assigned as needed

Desired Skill Set:

• 2+ years of related experience in an education or business setting (ex: administration, project management, customer service)
• Effective use of PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Intermediate collaboration, influence, and relationship management skills
• Ability to balance and execute a wide range of challenges that are independent and distinct
• Ability to solve problems, manage sensitive/confidential matters, and identify/assess risks and controls with sound judgement
• Flexibility, resilience, resourcefulness, and confidence in acting independently and decisively in the face of ambiguity
• Passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences
• Excellent verbal, and written skills
• Excellent organizational, and prioritization skills

Nice To Have:

• Previous Data Analyst/Reporting experience
• Previous Power BI experience
• Previous SharePoint management, Microsoft Teams Live and Viva Engage experience
