Location: Toronto, ON

Job Description: One of our major banking clients is looking for a Project Administrator – Banking, Reporting, Power BI exp.
Duration: 12 months contract with potential for extension or permanency
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (Onsite a minimum of 2 days a week, and for critical events or meetings)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

ROLE MANDATE:
Candidate will be joining the Future Work team aiming to foster skill development across the Bank via the implementation of new tools and technology, as well as programs that promote the use of Enterprise Development Tools. The candidate will work with the Program Leads and other internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives and create exceptional experiences for employees, leaders and partners – They will play a critical role in enabling the digital transformation journey.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

  • Program Administration
  • Management of program event calendar, SharePoint site, Viva Engage, community engagement,
  • Registration and onboarding of users,
  • Data extracts and basic manipulation and reporting,
  • Drafting and sending communications
  • Collateral Management (creating and maintaining “pitch-decks”, one-page guides, support materials, etc.)
  • Broader work and accountabilities may be assigned as needed

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal, written skills
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization skills
  • 2+ years of related experience in an education or business setting (ex: administration, project management, customer service)
  • Effective use of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Intermediate collaboration, influence, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to balance and execute on a wide range of challenges that are independent and distinct
  • Ability to solve problems, manage sensitive/confidential matters, and identify/assess risks and controls with sound judgement
  • Flexibility, resilience, resourcefulness, and confidence in acting independently and decisively in the face of ambiguity
  • Passion for delivering exception employee experiences

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

  • Previous Data Analyst/Reporting experience
  • Previous Power BI experience
  • Previous sharePoint management, Microsoft Teams Live and Viva Engage experience
