Job Description: Project AdministratorRichmond, BCToday is the day to boost your career! Pinchin is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in Richmond!The Project Administrator will contribute to the smooth and effective operation of our Richmond office, as well as provide project management system support to a team of environmental professionals.A Day in the life of a Project Administrator at Pinchin:
- Ensure deliverables are accurately formatted and that quality control forms have been completed by technical reviewers
- Proof-reading deliverables
- Issue letters, reports, transmittals, spreadsheets, appendices (laboratory analytical, photographs), etc. to clients on a timely basis
- Timely assembly, printing, delivery of reports, letters, etc.
- Project setups to ensure accuracy of details maintained in company project management system (Vision)
- Assist in generating office expense reports/invoices
- Set-up of Team / Zoom meetings
- Assist with taking minutes
- Analyze and verify consistency, completeness and accuracy of project data
What you bring to the Pinchin team:
- Required: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Secretarial or Administrative Assistant Course and 1-year Business Administration or Business Computer Course
- At least two years of experience in administrative functions
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of Foxit PDF Editor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, with high attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision under strict deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for working with all levels of the organization
- Able to work independently and in a team setting
