The Compliance Technology team is responsible for supporting our global Compliance partners to provide Trade Surveillance and Know-Your-Employee solutions.Global Functions Technology (GFT) is part of RBC’s Technology and Operations division. GFT’s impact is far-reaching as we collaborate with partners from across the company to deliver innovative and transformative IT solutions. Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. You will work directly with leaders who believe in celebrating successes and sharing learnings with other teams to promote progress.What will you do?In this role, you are responsible for the following:Organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program.Tracking progress against project milestones and holding others accountable for assigned tasksServing as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program.
