You are strong in program & project management practice and possess both business and technical acumen. You are a leader, an influencer, a team player and a collaborator.What you’ll do:Own the integrated program roadmap view, pulling in data from in-flight project plans and future planned initiatives.Act as the overarching single point of contact.Work equally well at the broad high-level view and drill down into the details when needed.Be the primary resource to consolidate project data to accurately report on program health status to multiple levels within the organization, including key stakeholders, the Executive sponsor and Executive Steering Committees.Be accountable to oversee and ensure program deliverables are completed on time, on budget and meet quality standards.Ensure adherence to program governance and processes to support standardization and accuracy of project data and reporting.Build and maintain alignment across multiple teams for keeping a focus on execution, clarify of program goals and prioritize a strategic focus aligned to business case benefits.Ability to map dependencies between initiatives.Identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and encourage input from others to effectively make decisions and plan mitigation tactics.Provide oversight and guidance to the Project Managers on the program; taking a hands-on approach to remove roadblocks when needed.Introduce efficiencies and support adoption of on-going Agile transformation processes.What you need:10+ years experience managing large, high-complexity programs with multiple stakeholder groups and geographically dispersed teams.Proven experience and skilled at presenting in front of C-level and Senior VPs through written and verbal channels.Excellent business engagement and a focus on facilitating open, consistent and relevant communications across all levels of the program.Experience leading core teams of 20+ direct reports, with larger extended teams.Experience with waterfall, agile and other program management methodologies.Demonstrate strong leadership skills to develop and maintain high functioning project teams.PMP is an asset.For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the countryExperience in Insurance industry is an asset.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.#LI-HybridWhat we offerWorking here means you’ll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
