• Restez à l’affût des nouvelles technologies, y compris les solutions RAN Open/Cloud, la 5G, etc.
• Fournir une expertise technique de la solution RAN Open/Cloud à la fois dans les engagements d’avant-vente et la prestation de services sur la base de notre portefeuille de services ORAN
• Planifiez l’évolution de la technologie réseau et l’adaptation de l’infrastructure du client pour répondre aux exigences du client en matière de fourniture de services Cloud RAN nouveaux ou améliorés.
• Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe sur l’infrastructure Cloud du client, la planification du réseau, l’ingénierie, le déploiement du réseau et les équipes de test sur le déploiement et l’intégration des solutions Cloud RAN.
• Les activités quotidiennes comprennent la configuration du site Cloud RAN, la définition des paramètres, les scripts, le réglage initial, l’analyse des tests de disques, l’analyse périodique du plan de voisinage et l’exécution de cas de test.
• S’assurer que le transfert à l’organisation de support et aux opérations client est correctement effectué.
• Fournir un retour d’information à la R&D et favoriser l’amélioration continue des produits et des processus.
• Faire un suivi périodique auprès du client pour le tenir informé de l’évolution du cycle de vie des solutions mises en place.
• Tenir à jour la documentation et les bases de données en fonction des définitions stratégiques, des exigences réglementaires ou techniques.
• Construire et gérer des relations solides avec les clients internes/externes.
• Soutenir les projets NPI en travaillant à la conception et à la construction de solutions d’automatisation pour l’introduction réussie de nouveaux produits, de concepts de production et de test de la phase de conception à la production en série.

Vous apporterez :

• Diplôme universitaire en télécommunications, en génie ou expérience équivalente dans un domaine connexe.
• Expérience dans le déploiement de RAN 5G, le NPI et les tests.
• Expérience pratique de l’intégration, de l’automatisation, de la création de scripts, de l’activation de fonctionnalités et du dépannage.
• Bonne compréhension de l’environnement radio lié aux communications mobiles.
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes radio GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, CLOUD RAN, TCP/IP.
• Une expérience sur des équipements multi-fournisseurs est un plus, avec des paramètres et des fonctionnalités radio : Ericsson, Huawei, NSN, etc. pour prendre en charge les activités multi-fournisseurs.
• Pratique avec moshell, outils de script, analyseur de spectre, scanner RF, etc.
• Expérience avec QXDM, QCAT, iperf, LTNG, Wireshark, etc.
• Des compétences en programmation (Java, Python, ML/AI, etc.) seraient un plus.
• Couramment l’anglais; Paeler et écrit

Atous :

• Bonne connaissance d’Unix, Linux, Kubernetes, Redhat / CNIS / AWS / Azure / GCP. La certification est considérée comme un avantage supplémentaire.

Grow with us:Location Montreal QC or Ottawa ONAbout this opportunityWe are looking for a Solution Introduction Professional, who will deliver Open/Cloud RAN services and maintain Open/Cloud RAN Solutions (including 5G) working with global customers.

• Stay abreast of new technology including Open/Cloud RAN solution, 5G etc.
• Provide technical expertise of Open/Cloud RAN solution in both pre-sales engagements and service delivery based on our ORAN service portfolio
• Plan the network technology evolution and the adaptation on the customer infrastructure to fulfill the customer’s requirement to deliver new or enhanced Cloud RAN services.
• Work collaboratively with the team on customer’s Cloud infrastructure, network planning, engineering, network deployment and testing teams on deploying and integrating Cloud RAN solutions.
• Day to day activities include Cloud RAN site configuration, parameter definition, scripting, initial tuning, drive test analysis, neighbor plan periodical analysis and test case execution.
• Assure the handover to support organization and customer operations is properly done.
• Provide feedback to R&D and drive continuous improvements of products and processes.
• Follow up on a periodic basis with the customer to keep them informed about the life cycle evolution of the implemented solutions.
• Keep documentation and databases updated according to strategic definitions, regulatory or technical requirements.
• Build and manage strong relationships with Internal/external customers.
• Support NPI projects by working to design and build automation solutions for successful introduction of new products, production and test concepts from design phase to volume production.

What you will bring:

• University degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in 5G RAN deployment, NPI and testing.
• Hands-on integration, automation, scripting, feature activation and troubleshooting experience.
• Good understanding of radio environment related to mobile communications.
• Good knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G radio systems, Cloud RAN, TCP/IP.
• Experience on multiple vendor equipment is a plus, with parameters and radio features: Ericsson, Huawei, NSN etc. to support multi vendor activities.
• Hands-on with moshell, scripting tools , spectrum analyzer , RF scanner etc.
• Experience with QXDM , QCAT , iperf, LTNG , Wireshark etc.
• Programming skills (Java, Python, ML/AI etc.) would be a plus.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

You may also have:
