We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities:Understand Markets and Customers: Organize and conduct customer interviews and surveys, perform market and competitive research to maintain clarity on our market position and identify trends and opportunities, and collect and analyze data to produce Customer and Market Insight Reports.Collaboration: Evaluate new product/feature ideas with stakeholders, develop sales enablement materials (product sheets, competitive analysis, personas, and product battle cards), represent the Voice of the Customer in product launches, coordinate with cross-functional teams for go-to-market strategies, and contribute to thought-leadership content to position our products effectively.Create and Maintain Strategic Documentation Roadmaps: Maintain clear roadmap documentation for new products/features, create and maintain customer personas, craft compelling value propositions and go-to-market messaging for product sheets and battle cards, and present research findings (Insight Reports) to stakeholders.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.5+ years of experience in B2B product management with emphasis on product market fit and go-to-market programs. (Technical skills are helpful but not required for this role)Proven track record of successfully bringing new products/features to market.Experience executing market or customer research projects and producing summary reports.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to refine product value propositions to their most compelling forms.Weir Motion Metrics (WMM) is a Canadian mining technology division that enables a new generation of safe, smart, and sustainable mining based in Vancouver, B.C.
