Job Description: What You’ll DoAs a Product Designer at Medeloop, you will craft the user experience and interface of our digital platform, aimed at enhancing healthcare outcomes. You’ll engage directly with product managers, engineers, and healthcare professionals to develop intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and accessible digital solutions for our users. This role offers a robust opportunity to expand your design expertise within the healthcare sector, playing a pivotal role in impactful healthcare projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define user requirements and project goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to understand user needs.
• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and design assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation and hand-off documentation of designs
• Develop and document design system components and ensure consistency across products

Who You Are:

• Experienced with 2-3 years as a Product Designer, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Portfolio demonstrates expertise in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in Figma for prototyping and creating scalable design components.
• Understands user-centered design principles and eager to expand this knowledge to develop supportive design frameworks.
• Capable of conducting user research and usability testing, and can integrate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Able to effectively present design work and justify design decisions.
• Possesses strong visual design skills with an attention to typography, color, and layout.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled in articulating and explaining design concepts.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
