Job Description: Worker Type: EmployeeGroup: Canadian Thermals/Conventional/Oilsands Operations DepartmentJob Post End Date: 10/21/2024About this opportunity:Reporting to a Team Lead in the Supply Chain Service Center (SSC), the Procure to Pay (P2P) Analyst is responsible for a portfolio supporting Procure to Pay (P2P) materials and services to our Business Units. This role is responsible for partner and vendor engagement, issue investigation and remediation as well as the execution of transactions including but not limited to, Purchase Requisitions, PO (Purchase Orders) life cycle management including receiving, invoicing within set service level agreements.What you’ll do:Ensure all P2P activities performed adhere to the P2P Standard and Cenovus policiesCreate purchase requisitions from defined requirements in support of Business Unit activities as required. Monitor approval of requisitions and complete requisition changes as required.
