Job Description: OverviewAre you passionate about using data to create safer workplaces? We’re looking for a Prevention Evaluation Analyst to support the evaluation of strategies designed to prevent injury, illness, and disease, and enhance occupational risk reduction initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead impact evaluations, develop innovative data collection methods, and collaborate across departments to assess the effectiveness of risk reduction strategies.You’ll have the opportunity to influence key decisions that drive safer working environments.   • Lead efficiency and impact evaluations of occupational risk reduction strategies, including data analysis, results reporting, and stakeholder briefings
  • Design and implement evaluation plans using tools like surveys, interviews, and case studies, ensuring data quality and ethical standards
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to assess cause-and-effect relationships in risk reduction strategies
  • Oversee data collection and analysis for risk reduction strategy evaluations using quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain measurement tools to track and communicate strategy outputs and outcomes

Your background and experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Evaluation, Public administration, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • And minimum of 3 years of related working experience in research/evaluation methodology, statistics, and program evaluation
