Title of the Job: Preventative Maintenance Tech I

Location: Edmonton, AB

Job Description: Overview:This position is responsible for the Preventative Maintenance, and/or repair, of a variety of specialized equipment in an assigned group of 7-Eleven (family of brands) stores within a geographic area. Service calls are initiated from the store via 7Help work orders to appropriate technician. Position reports to the Area Facilities Manager.Position reports to the Area Facilities Manager.Please note: The qualified candidate works after hours calls during regular working days and works a rotational schedule of stores covering off peers on weekends and stat holidays Responsibilities:

• Responds to PM work orders for a wide variety of equipment
• Exemplifies the 7-Eleven Values and Leadership Principles
• Minor repairs to equipment (such as hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, decals, HVAC filters, water filters, etc. ) as needed, including working outside on building/roof.
• Responsible for replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment as needed
• Responsible for ordering and management of parts inventory for truck
• Schedules and prioritizes duties and work assignments on a daily basis
• Completes required reports and paperwork daily to account for the time and use of parts and materials
• Reads, interprets, and follows procedures described in service manuals per manufacturer guidelines
• Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by management
• Complies with and follows all safety regulations and protocols
• Works after hours calls during regular working days and works a rotational schedule of stores covering off peers on weekends and stat holidays

Qualifications:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:EDUCATION: High School/GEDYEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: NAYEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NACERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: NASPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
