⦁ Follow legal guidelines related to photography and privacy.Who you are:⦁ Proven experience as a news photographer or similar role.
⦁ Strong portfolio showcasing journalistic photography.
⦁ Proficiency with professional photography equipment and software.
⦁ Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and colour.
⦁ Ability to work under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
⦁ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
⦁ Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
⦁ Ability to travel to various locations on short notice.
⦁ Knowledge of current events and news trends.
⦁ Commitment to journalistic integrity and ethical standards.
⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
⦁ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
⦁ Physical stamina to carry and operate heavy equipment.
⦁ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in photography, journalism, or related field preferred.
⦁ Experience with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
⦁ Ability to provide captions and context for images.
⦁ Understanding of legal guidelines related to photography and privacy.
⦁ Ability to adapt to new technologies and techniques.
