Title of the Job: People & Performance Administrator – GTA

Location: Burlington, ON – Toronto, ON

This position performs a wide variety of administrative support services, all aimed at enhancing the overall people experience at Ausenco and making a positive impact.This is a permanent role based in the GTA working from our Burlington and Toronto offices, with flexibility to work some days from home.About the RoleInduction

  • Lead the induction process, ensuring new hires feel welcome and have a positive and seamless onboarding experience
  • Responsible for coordinating notifications, collaborating closely with hiring managers, preparing and collecting all necessary paperwork and leading dynamic onboarding orientations.
  • Maintain and update onboarding checklists and spreadsheets.
  • Partner with P&P Advisors and managers to proactively address standard candidate inquiries, ensuring a smooth transition for all new hires into their roles.

Records and Reporting

  • Accountable for accurately completing internal forms related to onboarding and offboarding processes as well as administering employee changes with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain employee files thoroughly and ensure they are regularly updated.
  • Responsible for generating and analysing HR reports to provide valuable insights for the team.
  • Prepare employment verification letters.
  • Support the P&P team on projects as required.

Graduate Program

  • Manage and support our North American New Professionals program in collaboration with Advisors.
  • Lead the organization and facilitation of program activities, including rotations, professional development sessions, mentoring, networking opportunities and program social events.
  • Be the primary contact for program participants, offering support and guidance to help them thrive and succeed.
  • Attend career fairs to support promoting and creating excitement about Ausenco’s New Professional Program.

Benefits Management

  • Maintain and update employee records in various benefits platforms.
  • Issue benefit change letters promptly and assist with benefit surveys to gather employee feedback.
  • Oversee RRSP eligibility and enrolment, ensuring employees are well-informed and enrolled on time.

QualificationsAbout you

  • Minimum 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience in a professional service environment
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to tackle any challenge
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting in a group setting
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with tact and diplomacy in challenging situations
  • Ability to work after hours to attend events as required
  • Minimal travel as required
