Join our team and become part of an organization that values people, performance, and community.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Parts Representative to join our team at Infiniti Gallery. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality service.
• Answer telephone calls, indicate prices and provide any other information.
• Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts.
• Receive payments from retail customers.
• Verifies and shelves all stock orders or returns in the inventory system.
• Implements proper order and follow-up system for parts and comeback orders.
• Prepares all outgoing shipments.
• Distributes parts into bins for collection, distributes special order parts and destroys all authorized replaced warranty parts.
• Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealerships guidelines.

ABOUT YOU

• Automotive parts experience is considered an asset and required to be successful in this role
• Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as tires, tools and equipment.
