Job Description: The Wood Automotive Group is thrilled to announce that we are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join our team at the new Taza Park Volkswagen dealership!This 45,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art dealership will be situated on the Tsuut’ina Nation and comes packed with cutting-edge equipment, 25 service bays and a stylish, 20-car showroom!About the role:Working directly with the General Manager, the Parts Manager is responsible for the overall successful operation of the Parts Department. This includes the creation and implementation of proactive marketing strategies, as well as identifying and communicating sales objectives and account targets. In addition, the Parts Manager is responsible for all aspects of Parts Inventory Management.The ideal candidate is a proven leader, dedicated to customer service and staff relations. Good organizational skills, attention to detailed paper work and an ability to put in place strategies for retail promotions are also required.Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in progressively responsible automotive parts roles, including accessory sales experience.
• PBS Systems experience is an asset.
