Job Description: Eastside Kia is seeking a Parts Driver to join their team of professionals! Your efficiency and timeliness of delivery along with effective communication skills, and good driving skills will allow you to excel in this role. • $16-$18 an hour depending on experience

• Full time: Monday to Friday with a rare Saturday shift, 8AM to 4:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Approximately 30% duties shipping receiving, 50% delivery and 20% counter sales.

• Coordinate orders for pick up from customers, satellite stores or vendors with the Parts Manager, parts department staff and/or the Parts Shipping/Receiving clerk.
• Obtain recipient’s signature upon delivery and maintain a log of delivery times.
• Unload truck each night and return all documents and undelivered parts to the Parts Department.
• Maintain basic upkeep of the delivery truck; check oil with each fill-up; lubricate monthly and schedule safety inspections.
• Collect payment from wholesale customers.

Requirements:

• Driver’s License
• High school diploma
• Strong sense of direction within delivery area
• Capable to lift parts up to 100 lbs.
• Good concentration while driving
• Clean driving record
