Responsibilities

• Full operations management
• Oversee production schedules
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff
• Work with Maintenance and Quality Assurance
• Develop, implement and maintain policy and procedures
• Reports, analysis, safety and compliance
• Process improvement, cost reduction, budgets, and forecasts
• Distribution and logistics
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Must have 5-10 years of experience as an Operations Manager
• Steel, manufacturing, or heavy industrial background
