Job Description: Job Description:We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a financial services, banking analyst based in Toronto, Ontario. We are seeking an individual with exceptional coordination and customer service skills to join our team. The role will primarily involve maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service, and acting as a liaison with various operational areas. This role falls within the financial brokerage industry and will require a strong understanding of brokerage administration support.Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by coordinating efforts with various internal departments.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service by keeping clients informed of new developments, products, and services relevant to their business needs.
  • Providing prompt and thorough resolution to client issues and recommending improvements in policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Reviewing and approving administrative items such as bank transfers, deregistrations, foreign exchanges, and internal account transfers on a daily basis.
  • Acting as a liaison with various operational areas to ensure tasks are completed in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Coordinating regular meetings with clients, documenting ongoing service and operational issues, and investigating and resolving these issues.
  • Guiding clients on policies, procedures, and training that directly impact their businesses.
  • Providing process improvement recommendations to enhance the overall business relationship with clients.
  • Representing the organization professionally at client meetings and business functions.
  • Maintaining client credit records and processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and Training
  • Proficiency in Procedures, Policy, and Quality Review
  • Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration and Workstation Support
  • Strong Phone Presence and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English Language is essential
  • Experience in Liaison roles and understanding of Practices in a corporate setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Process Improvement
  • Knowledge of Fund Administration and Securities trading
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to perform Cost Analysis
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience with Brokerage systems and Internal Departments
  • Ability to create and maintain Handbook and Templates
  • Ability to review and improve current practices and procedures.
