Our ideal location provides quick and easy access to the region’s road network, and the hotel is just steps away from the area’s most famous attractions, as well as the best shops and restaurants in the vicinity.Reporting to the Reception Manager, the Night Auditor is responsible for verifying business transactions carried out during the day to balance accounts and deposits, and to close the cash registers, while also ensuring reception during the night. They assume the role of receptionist by welcoming guests so that they can enjoy the best hotel experience.Job description:

• Classify business transactions carried out during the day,
• Verify and correct transaction records and update hotel guest notes,
• Balance accounts and close cash registers at different points of sale,
• Produce daily revenue reports,
• Answer the phone and route incoming calls,
• Make reservations,
• Handle check-ins and check-outs,
• Manage group reservations and arrivals,
• Collaborate with the security department,
• Handle customer complaints,
• Other administrative and/or accounting tasks.
