Forward, Together with Charter, achieving your possible.Overview:Charter is currently seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team in Calgary, AB starting Nov 2024. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Network Admin experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network routers and switches including Juniper, Extreme, and Cisco. Previous experience configuring network protocols, managing network security, and collaborating with 3rd-party vendor on network projects would be a great asset. Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid). Candidates must reside in Calgary for the duration of the project. Term: Six (6) months. Strong possibility of extension.Qualifications and Experience:

• 7+ years of Network Admin experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Network infrastructure (routers, switches, and access points) including Juniper, Extreme, and Cisco.
• Experience configuring networking protocols, i.e., VLANs, BGP, TCP/IP, DHCP.
• Experience managing network security, including firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues and resolve connectivity problems.
• Experience documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Education: Active industry certifications, (i.e., JNCIP, ECS, CCNP) would be an asset.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
• Candidates must reside in Calgary for the duration of the project.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
