Seize the opportunity: take your next step with us and join our team.National Reliability, Compliance, and Systems Manager (Full Time) – Mississauga, ONPrimary PurposeThe overall objective of the National EAM Reliability, Compliance and Systems Manager is to optimize utilization and business value of the EAM workorder system to support safe and reliable operation o Merchant & On-site (M&O) production, distribution and customer service facilities and assets at the lowest life cycle cost. This person will be responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of strategies and activities to drive EAM optimization and compliance. This person will have the ability to work independently and make project and technical decisions based on full awareness of viability, risk, cost and other benefits.The position is National in nature and has a direct impact on driving key results in M&O operations and distribution, compliance, and efficiency.Key Accountabilities

  • Office based with 10% travel required.
  • Own and manage M&O reliability information system, Infor EAM.
  • Provide system administration support for reliability information systems.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize utilization and value of reliability information systems for all departments in M&O.
  • Measure performance and utilize data and information from multiple sources to identify and pursue functionality enhancements and continuous improvement of reliability information systems.
  • Develop, maintain and assist in implementing training program for system support personnel and field users.
  • Maintain current validation systems and assist in completion of regulatory validation requirements for future reliability information systems.
  • Develop, implement and maintain monthly and quarterly reliability KPI reporting protocol for M&O and Corporate.
  • Ensure optimal uptime and reliability of reliability Infor EAM systems.
  • Coordinate activities of M&O Departments to ensure optimal data integrity, data updates and standards compliance.
  • Interface with global stakeholders to continually improve system functionalities, utilization and value.
  • Review and update applicable Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Identify and lead productivity projects utilizing Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Stay updated on latest IT systems trends and development and keen understanding of M&O operations to make informed decision’s that contribute to the organization’s success.

QualificationsRequired QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or engineering.

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in System administration or systems-oriented Project Management
  • 1+ year experience in managing and optimizing database / workorder oriented information systems.
  • 1+ year in managing system utilization and location and remote users.
