Job Description: Client is an innovative startup aiming to transform the recreational aviation industry with a cutting-edge mobile app designed for pilots. Their mission is to enhance the flying experience by offering intuitive, reliable, and user-friendly tools that simplify planning, navigation, and in-flight decision-making.We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Mobile (Flutter) Developer to join their growing team. This role is a 12-month contract, with 1-2 days a week in-office in downtown Toronto, and offers the potential for extension.Requirements:

• Expertise in Flutter and Dart, with strong UI and animation skills
• Experience with software development best practices
• Familiarity with aviation-related integrations (e.g., mapping, navigation, weather)

Mandates:

• Must have experience building applications from the ground up involving Google Maps, GIS, geo-fencing, and related mapping technologies.
• Should be open to working under a Sole Proprietorship or Incorporation arrangement.
• Willingness to commute to downtown Toronto for a hybrid work setup, given the small team.
