Job Description: The ICI Estimator will develop detailed cost estimates for commercial and institutional construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals. The role involves analyzing project plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and conducting site visits to gather essential information. Additionally, the estimator will maintain a cost information database and present detailed reports to management and clients.

• Develop detailed cost estimates for ICI projects, encompassing commercial and institutional construction.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and relevant documentation to produce accurate and comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals and requirements.
• Conduct site visits and participate in pre-bid meetings to gather essential project information.
• Identify and assess potential risks, formulating strategies to mitigate them.
• Maintain and update a cost information database and historical data for reference.
• Review and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
• Prepare and present detailed estimate reports to management and clients.

• A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preffered
• Proven experience as an estimator in the commercial or institutional construction sector.
• Strong understanding of ICI project specifications and industry standards.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret project plans and specifications accurately.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Experience conducting site visits and participating in pre-bid meetings.
