Title of the Job: MEAN Stack Developer

Job Description: Our client, a leading company in the technology services industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced MEAN Stack Developer with a strong focus on Node.js backend development to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js
• Design and implement robust, scalable APIs and web services
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Work with databases (MongoDB) to ensure high performance and responsiveness
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Ensure the security and data protection of applications
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a MEAN Stack Developer with a strong focus on Node.js backend development
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
• Strong understanding of MongoDB, including database design and optimization
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
