And we do it all with a whole lot of heart.The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of marketing and sales support tasks, including disseminating campaign information, implementing digital advertising, building sales reports, managing digital communications, executing social media campaigns, overseeing video libraries, and supporting corporate sponsorships. The role involves collaboration with internal staff and external contractors.This includes:
- Maintaining our brand standards across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). You’ll come up with creative ways to share our stories and analyze data to support ongoing improved outcomes.
- Executing all social media campaigns on Hootsuite.
- Monitoring all social media channels, respond to inquiries and maintain oversight of any competitor programs.
- Supporting and executing email subscriber acquisition and retention programs using Active Campaign platform.
- Monitoring and updating website content, including landing pages. This will be a regular component of your weekly duties. Worked in CMS such as WordPress.
- Having familiarity with work management platforms such as Asana.
- Maintaining a record of existing brand assets and SWAG, initiating re-orders when required. Working with outside vendors.
- Assisting in coordination of revisions of all marketing collateral artwork with contractors and ensure all residences and Head Office have stock of sales kit materials.
- Being the entry point for all Head Office and PARC Communities marketing requests, to be vetted and coordinated for dissemination to contractors or vendors for execution.
- Working closely with Marketing Manager to develop creative briefs for projects and executing with internal staff and external contractors/suppliers to create/edit ads and marketing collateral.
- Coordinating sales information on internal CRM such as Sherpa and providing the weekly PARC sales flash report for all Managers and Executive at PARC.
- Answering, compiling, and disseminating the sales communications from the [email protected] mailbox to appropriate sales teams.
- Updating new and ongoing sales information with sales teams as needed.
- Coordinating the creation and distribution of sales/marketing-related materials
- Assisting with aggregating ongoing research data from SVP Marketing & Sales.
- Liaising with third party contractors and vendors with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate invoicing and process with accounting team.
- Maintaining inventory of sales collateral and promotional items.
- Assisting with scheduling of meetings, assignments and deadlines in weekly PSR- project status report marketing meeting and track meeting action items
- Other duties as required and special projects as assigned.

- You have a University degree or College diploma in digital or non-digital marketing, communications, sales or related field.
- You have at least 2-years’ experience in a sales coordinator or marketing coordinator role.
- You are collaborative, creative, flexible, and an innovative team player team player with an ability to work effectively with peers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders.
- You have strong communication in both non-digital and digital conversations, and an action-oriented attitude in coordinating projects, new idea generation and ways to get to the best solution.
- You are detail oriented with high multitasking skills using good judgment to complete projects on time and within budget.
- You bring strong administrative and organizational skills.
- You have the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- You have strong skills using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You are creative and resourceful in generating new ideas and problem-solving issues.
- You must have a valid driver’s license. Travel to the various retirement residences and event locations if required.

A such, a prerequisite of employment is that all new hires are fully vaccinated as approved by Health Canada. We also require a Criminal Record Check, and a TB test within the first month of employment.
