They will lead Canada’s effort in our forecast & report cadence centered around the Management Target Agreement (MTA) and Management Business Review (MBR). • Creating annual planning of revenue and profit targets for the Management Target Agreement (MTA) cycle and then forecasting against the targets throughout the fiscal year.
• Presenting to senior LT Canadian market, install base and revenue growth targets during MTA/MBR reviews and monthly during business reviews
• Collaborating with CS, Sales, PM and BM to align Canadian monthly Orders, Shipment and go lives.
• Actively driving Sales and Marketing align during quarter touch points
• Leading the creation and track of yearly Marketing Plan
• Actively leading and approval of deals at the LOA and Marketing approval levels
• Leading Canada’s market reporting estimation based on win & loses
• Maintaining market knowledge and monitor industry developments by following market changes via market research, sales calls and analysis of competitive information.
• Taking the lead for special projects that require complex problem solving in Marketing and Business Management Team (forecasting, Shareville, DXCon pricing strategy, Product Launch and Escalation SOPs)

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

• Relevant bachelor’s Degree or similar degree relevant to Siemens business of medical technology
• Minimum 5 years experience within the medical diagnostics industry
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and negotiating skills
• Skilled in balancing a process-driven approach while generating innovative ideas
• Strong background in a customer focused environment.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills
• Expertise ing interacting with a large number of internal and external customers
• Highly competent in computer applications
