This highly collaborative position will be instrumental in developing strong processes, partnerships, and integration with cross-functional teams throughout the organization. This person will gain a deep understanding of our vendors, business unit objectives, and regional priorities to develop and execute programs to drive our mutual business objectives. This position will be on the Marketing team, reporting into the Sr. Manager and working closely with the Marketing Counterparts, Category Managers, Regional Business Partners, and Sales/Field Team.We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented, Marketing Manager to help build our growing business. You will evolve and drive the marketing strategy, including demand generation programs, campaigns, and major events. You will work closely with other members of the Marketing and Digital team to invent new campaigns and use data to test and iterate your efforts.What’s in it for you?

What you will do:
- Responsible for planning and management of the Wolseley’s Connects Vendor program.
- Negotiate with Vendors for their annual participation in the Wolseley co-marketing programs.
- Develop national and regional programs and collaborate with regional business partners for local execution.
- Oversee vendor communication regarding events, results, and digital campaigns.
- Plan and execute incentive trips, and Wolseley Tradeshow strategies Work with Marketing Team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and creative for monthly flyer program, showroom campaigns, digital signage content, vendor product launches, and branded apparel to name a few.
- Partner with the Consumer Insights team to research and analyze consumer insights, and apply this knowledge to future initiatives.
- Partner with Category Managers to understand strategic vendors key initiatives and identify opportunities to for innovative go-to-market strategic development that will drive profitable growth and increase market share.
- Lead the budgeting and long-range planning process for strategic planning
- Lead the monthly forecasting and closing processes ensuring timeliness, accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Keep abreast of market conditions, competitive activities and customer needs to identify and meet the demands of existing and changing marketing conditions.
- Maintain the existing vendor customer base and acquire new customers. Proactive behavior, taking initiative, and seeking continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of one Marketing Specialist.
What you will bring:
- 5-7 years of relevant Marketing experience.
- Sales background a plus Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Creative problem solving abilities.
- Demonstrated track record in crafting compelling marketing content.
- Experience working with a budget tracking and expense management.
- Bilingual in French is preferred but not a must
