Job Description: Director of Marketing – Vancouver, BC – Up to $125k + BonusWe are collaborating with a renowned hospitality group known for its award-winning restaurants in Vancouver and New York. They are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategies across both cities, driving brand awareness and engagement for their diverse culinary portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all restaurants in Vancouver and New York, ensuring alignment with the brand vision and business goals
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and print, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership teams to create tailored promotional initiatives, events, and partnerships that drive guest traffic and enhance the dining experience
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving desired ROI and business outcomes
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the hospitality industry
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and performance across all marketing activities

What they are looking for:

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong background in digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy, with experience driving engagement and brand visibility
• Leadership experience managing a marketing team, with the ability to mentor, guide, and foster a collaborative working environment
• Experience with multi-location marketing in large markets such as New York and Vancouver, understanding regional differences and customer preferences
• Exceptional communication and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and align marketing efforts with business objectives
