• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and follow the production schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50 LBS/27 KG
• Demonstrated listening and communication skills
• Strong motivation with the ability to work independently or as a team member
• Excellent attendance and workplace safety record
• Must be available to work continental shift (12 hour rotating shift)

Through warehouse clubs, food-service and wholesale distributors and janitorial-supply companies, AFH supplies quality paper-based solutions to the accommodation, food service, property management and healthcare sectors.Position: Manufacturing Production LabourerReporting to: Shift Supervisor – ProductionAbout the OpportunityCurrently, Kruger Products Inc. is looking for energetic candidates that have an ability to learn quickly and who thrive in fast-paced environments that would like to grow with our company as machine operators in our Scarborough, Ontario location.

• Operate entry-level converting units by following running instructions; mainly consisting of handling and packaging production from machines
• Pack and palletize product according to specification
• Produce product with an emphasis on quality; completing all assigned quality checks and taking special care when bagging napkins
• Keep the work area clean and deposit broke baskets at the baler operator’s station when full and at the end of each shift
• Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliances and regulations
• Use all required safety equipment, e.g. Steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses / goggles, etc.
• Participate in training and cross training, improvement initiatives including health and safety and quality improvement
• Perform other duties as required
