EFS is the forefront of ATB’s brand through our more than 280 branches, agencies, client care or entrepreneur centers distributed throughout Alberta along with our digital and online system. This role will be critical in ensuring that the delivery of the workforce of the future strategy remains aligned with the evolving needs of our business, while enabling optimal service and experience to our clients.As the Manager, Program Delivery, you will play a key role in supporting delivery of EFS’s workforce of the future and physical distribution strategies. This role will require you to work in cross-functional teams as you facilitate the development of business cases, coordinate projects, and ensure the smooth execution of activities related to the execution of the workforce of the future program.AccountabilitiesThis role requires a wide range of skill sets to deliver on the following accountabilities:
- Program Specific Database Management: Create and maintain accurate and organized records related to the EFS program delivery.
- Execution of key program deliverables: Ensure successful execution of and timely delivery of program key deliverables, adhering to standards, timelines and scope. This includes overseeing tasks from initiation through completion, coordinating resources, resolving any obstacles and ensuring alignment with the programs overall objectives.
- Project Coordination: Provide project coordination support to Program and Project Managers, including document preparation, project tracking, meeting scheduling, agenda setting, and minute-taking.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and operational outcomes.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on project status, key milestones, risks, and opportunities, ensuring clear and timely communication with leadership.
Skills, experience & requirementsQualifications & Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
Accreditation:
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis &/or project coordination.
- A university degree with a focus in business administration, or a related field.
