This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high performing team within a large dynamic group of professionals. In this role, you will plan, develop and manage a comprehensive program to deliver the full range of compensation services for all NRC staff. You will also be key in providing operational and strategic advice to senior management on a range of topics that involve compensation.   • Experience motivating, leading, training and managing staff in high functioning teams within HR.
  • Experience in creating, reviewing, and conducting quality control of business processes and procedures.
  • Experience managing and resolving complex client pay issues in a government context.
  • Minimum three years (3) experience in the use of HR and Pay systems and tools in the Federal Public service such as the Regional Pay System (RPS), Phoenix, PeopleSoft.
  • Significant and recent experience in the application of laws, regulations, rules, and procedures related to pay and benefits in the Federal Public Service.
