As our next Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining, refurbishing, and repairing all production equipment and facilities. Your expertise in maintenance and repair activities for CNC machining and automated assembly applications will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.Why You’ll Love Working Here:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising, developing, and leading a highly skilled technical staff.
• Ensuring the maintenance, refurbishment, and repair of all production equipment and facilities.
• Providing technical leadership and resources for the assembly, debugging, installation, and start-up of new or modified production equipment.
• Maintaining and continuously improving the maintenance department from the perspective of inventory control, housekeeping, and project organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Alternate technical degree may also be applicable with a proven track record of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair activities for CNC machining and automated assembly applications in a high-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, machine repair, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, PLC, and CNC-based control and logic systems.
