Job Description: Position: Mailroom Clerk
Location: Downtown Toronto (On-site 5 days a week)
Salary: $20 per hour
Job Type: 1-year contract (with potential for extension)We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our client’s team in the Mailroom department. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, this position may be perfect for you.Duties:– Provide support to all Client Associates to facilitate client deliverables
– Provide backup and peak workload support
– Process letter
– Support administrative tasks, as required
– Provide operational support for print, mail, courier, and imaging equipment and operations
– Provide outstanding customer communications and client service
– Travel to supported accounts using reliable dependable transportationQualifications:– Ability to pass a criminal background check
– Knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and/or any other data-entry or CRM tools
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to be on feet up to 80% of the time
– Flexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional manner
– Ability to work in a team environment or single person environment with minimal supervision
