– Free parking onsiteYour profile:– Ideally 2 to 5 years in roles related to pricing or procurement.
– Proficient in Air & Ocean Import/Export logistics.
– Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
– Excellent people skills and negotiation abilities.
– Suitable for individuals seeking career growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding global industry.Your role:– Act as the primary contact for network, sales, and customer tenders & RFPs/RFIs.
– Oversee the intake, distribution, and communication with all relevant parties.
– Launch and manage requests with carriers, vendors, and service providers.
– Handle all functions, deadlines, and milestones for tender and bid responses.
– Maintain and update marketing, sales collateral, and company information for bids.
– Coordinate and advise on internal and external communications.
– Complete bid documents or ensure they are completed by responsible parties.
