• Status: Unionized, casual
• Schedule: variable from Sunday to Thursday
• Dates: As soon as possible on April 26, 2025
• Salary : $25.83 (Class 5)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet the client on the day of the event (ex.: wedding, corporate event, festival, etc.)
• Ensure that the event is carried out in accordance with prior agreements
• Ensure that the client respects the policies and regulations
• Coordinate internal services (maintenance, security, parking, etc.) for the event
• Make any necessary adjustments during the execution of the event
• Know all the technical installations and their general operation in order to inform the clients
• Ensure the loan and follow-up of various equipment
• Prepare the signage and write the event report.

KNOWLEDGE

• High school diploma
• Bilingualism: English (advanced, level 3)
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer knowledge: MS Office Suite (basic);
• Technical knowledge related to the organization of activities (an asset);
• Successful completion of the potential test for the logistics agent (situational test)

EXPERIENCE

• 1 year experience in activity coordination
• Experience in event coordination on a tourist or public site (an asset)
