Brief Description:Our employer is providing bakery goods for the Foodservice and Retail market channels is looking for an individual to run the operation at night.
Job Function:

• Prepares for the production line start-up, orders the proper ingredients and materials to be used, checks the quality of the product, and reports any concerns that need to be addressed
• Safely operates assigned line equipment in accordance with the standards and specifications associated with each production area
• Troubleshoots issues under pressure and perform root cause analyses with corrective actions to prevent the same issue from happening again
• Participates in operator-based machine maintenance

Job Requirement:

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Ability to operate and work with mechanical and electrical machines
• Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions, warnings, labels and postings in English effectively
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, and work in an environment with varying temperatures
