Job Description: Alteo is looking for a Level 1 IT Technician for a permanent position based in Berthierville (Lanaudière).Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to users
• Take charge of and follow up requests
• Install and configure software and hardware equipment
• Manage hardware and software inventory
• Apply security patches and updates to office applications
• Participate in various special system enhancement and documentation projects

Profile:

• AEC/DEC in computer science or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years’ experience as an IT Technician
• Proficiency in the following software: Microsoft 365, Teams, Active directory, Windows 10/11, iOS and Android
• Teamwork and collaboration-oriented
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Ability to innovate
• Valid driver’s license (travel required to various subsidiaries)

Alteo est à la recherche d’un Technicien TI Niveau 1 pour un emploi permanent basé à Berthierville (Lanaudière).Responsabilités:

• Effectuer l’assistance technique aux utilisateurs
• Prendre en charge et faire les suivis des demandes
• Procéder à l’installation et à la configuration des logiciels et équipements informatiques
• Gérer l’inventaire matériels et logiciels
• Appliquer les correctifs de sécurité et mises à jour des applications de bureau
• Participer à divers projets spéciaux d’amélioration et de documentation des systèmes

Profil:

• AEC/DEC en informatique ou l’équivalent
• 1 à 2 années d’expérience comme Technicien TI
• Maîtrise des logiciels suivants : Microsoft 365, Teams, Active directory, Windows 10/11, iOS et Android
• Orienté vers le travail d’équipe et la collaboration
• Capacité à travailler dans un milieu en changement
• Capacité à innover
• Permis de conduire valide (déplacements requis dans les diverses filiales)
