Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.Inviting applications for the role of [Lead Consultant], [Project Manager]!The purpose of this job is to serve as a junior Project Manager assisting the Service Center Project Manager for IT infrastructure projects.ResponsibilitiesPrepare effort estimate, define scope, cost and scheduleCoordinate and track hardware/software procurement and deliveryEnsure process adherence for all phases of a projectPrepare project plansHost project status meetingsTrack and follow up on pending action itemsKeep meeting minutesCoordinate with all stakeholders (internal and external) of a projectManage multiple projectsManage large implementation teamsPrepare and review implementation plansEnsure project performance expectations are met with service levels and qualityMonitor and track project provisioning and actual effortsRaise/escalate any issues and risks to all stakeholder and leadership for any impact on projects.Provide necessary communication and progress update to all stakeholders on critical projects.Prepare project dashboards.Understand business requirements and design solutions accordinglyMaintain all project documentationQualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsGraduate or postgraduate in Technology with Computers or Information Technology (IT) stream.OrA degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related qualification.Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsProject managementCapabilities to manage an implementation teamOrganizational, interpersonal and documentation skillsUnderstanding of the latest technology stack and IT landscapeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapability to drive projects.Effort estimation and scheduling for projectsPut together implementation plans for project activitiesMust have good analytical skillsHigh energy, self-starter, results driven, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skillShould be a team playerAble to work under minimal supervisionProject Management certification ( PMP, Prince2)General knowledge of IT infrastructure (OS, Database, Middleware, Storage, Hardware, Networks, Scheduling and Monitoring Tools, File transfer tools, Remote access, IT security, Virtualization)Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.Technical and system expertise in relevant IT workstreams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced troubleshooting, including the ability to delve in more complex issues, which require a deeper understanding of systems and applications.Specialized knowledge in specific areas allowing them to tackle intricate problems.Collaboration with L1 Support to provide guidance and share insights for ongoing issue resolution.Strong problem-resolving abilities, communication skills (written and verbal), time administration and management, and the team partnership and collaboration.Escalation to L3 Support in timely manner when challenges require an even higher level of expertise and/or experience.Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders in implementation of new functionality and solving problems.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Capability to coordinate and execute projects assigned.
