Job Description: Job Description:This is an onsite position, and you will be in the office or working around this company’s sites around the Downtown Eastside. Candidates must be in British Columbia to be considered for this role.In this role, you will be joining a non profit organization in Downtown Vancouver that supports sites in the Downtown Eastside. If you have at least 2 years of experience with IT support and are looking to join an organization with a social impact, please apply!You will be responsible for their IT infrastructure in their Vancouver office, and will be responsible for 50 users. You will be a generalist – you will provide user support (Tier 1 – 3), manage the relationship with the Managed Service Provider, and support this organization with their IT roadmap. You will really take ownership of this organization’s IT infrastructure.They are a Microsoft shop and are completely on the cloud. You will have a mix of responsibilities – from Tier 1 to Tier 3 user support, to systems and network administration.[-] You will provide user support for Office 365 and Windows products.
