Responsibilities:· Perform visual inspection or on-board diagnosis as part of the preliminary diagnosis· Perform all maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and in line with the maintenance schedule / computer· Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair· Recognizing deviations or unusual wear and providing feedback to the Service Advisor· Resetting the maintenance systems in accordance with the scope of maintenance· Documenting the performed work and returning the workshop orderBackground & Skills:· Mercedes-Benz or other luxury brand experience an asset.· Knowledge of the current After-Sales IT tools (eg. CDK, ASRA, TIPS, etc.)· Red Seal Certification an asset· Outstanding work ethic· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Must have a positive attitude and collaborate well with others· Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Pay
