You’ll have the opportunity to inspire and influence others through your leadership, knowledge and communication skills. You’ll help modernize, optimize and empower the member/client experience on digital platforms for business channels. The scale of our solutions requires the contribution of a large number of collaborators. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with other passionate people working in other technology fields. More specifically, you will be required to:Develop complex execution strategies, and analyze, design and document business products and solutionsAnalyze and develop software products (design, code, automate and run tests), while applying development, data and security best practicesWrite procedures, guidelines and development methods. Help develop documentation and prepare and deliver training for peers and consumersCocreate with business partners and architects to get a complete understanding of business intentions and objectives and standardize solutions accordinglyIdentify system optimization opportunities and underlying impacts of changes.
