• Provide exceptional technical support to staff within a timely manner
• Use critical thinking skills and experience in IT to resolve a variety of tech related issues across a variety of devices and equipment
• Set up accounts and devices for new hires
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT programs as needed
• Maintain firewalls and switches, as well as access points to ensure network security and superior performance
• Monitor and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation as it pertains to the department
• Maintaining exceptional communication and customer service to all parties and staff

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an IT related program
• Experience with server and network administration
• Some travel is expected for this role and periodic on-call hours will be required as well
• Great communication skills and customer service
