Location: Montreal, QC

Job Description: Job : IT Analyst
Timing : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hybrid 50%Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for technical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with users and team members, both verbally and in writing.
• Execute advanced SQL queries, preferably in Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, to analyze and resolve data-related issues.
• Perform health checks on servers using Unix commands and troubleshoot log files to identify problems.
• Implement ITIL best practices in incident management and service delivery.
• Monitor application performance and reliability using Dynatrace.
• Assist with job scheduling and monitoring using tools such as Autosys or Control-M.
• Facilitate file transfers through CFT, FTP, or MQ as needed.
• Collaborate with team members in a rotational shift schedule, covering operations from 12 PM to 9 PM, including Sundays.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in Application Production Support or a related field.
• Strong expertise in incident management and problem resolution.
• Proficiency in SQL, particularly Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.
• Solid understanding of Unix commands and scripting for server health checks.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of job schedulers (e.g., Autosys, Control-M) and data integration tools like DataStage WTX is a plus.
