Job Description: Job Description:Our client is looking to hiring an IT Administrator to join their growing team in Toronto. The role involves providing comprehensive IT support, maintain the systems, and contribute to the advancement of their technological capabilities.Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient desktop support to all business users and handle IT-related issues promptly

• Support the setup and configuration of new laptops and desktops, including the installation of authorized software

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate logs on servers, laptops, and desktops

• Provide proactive suggestions for new technologies to support business operations

• Identify and implement improvements to existing business systems as required

• Prioritize tasks according to business needs and deadlines

• Troubleshoot network issues and escalate IT problems to the IT manager when necessary

• Take ownership of user problems, maintain timely communication about the status of the issue, and ensure adherence to service desk SLAs

• Generate statistics for IT issues including the status of outstanding and resolved incidents

• Develop support documentation to assist staff with requests for information and provide staff training if required.

Requirements:

• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Analyst

• Experience with Intune is necessary for this role.

• Applicants must have a comprehensive understanding of ITIL – IT Infrastructure Library.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure is required.

• Experience with Azure Active Directory is a must.

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills are required.

• Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.

• Continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies is expected.

• Applicants must have excellent customer service skills.

• Candidates should have a strong understanding of business needs and requirements.
