Aligned with our strategic priorities, our Certification practice has a long history of exceeding our client’s expectations and providing outstanding career development opportunities for our people.ISO certification continues to expand globally as organizations integrate their controls to manage risks and strive to demonstrate rigor and verifiability across their critical management systems. As part of our team, you’ll leverage PwC’s leading practice methodologies and technology tools to deliver seamless certifications, while providing insights to clients for the continuous improvement of their management systems. You will also support our team of subject matter specialists in providing advisory services for our clients looking to design, implement and enhance their management systems, processes and controls.Due to continued strong demand for our services, we’re looking to expand our team of ISO certification professionals, focusing on ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. As an applicant it is critical that you are an accredited ISO Lead Auditor for a minimum of 2 out of these 3 standards with one and or more of the following organizations, IRCA, Exemplar Global, Certified Environmental Auditor CEA through ECO Canada and or internally approved by an accredited Certification Body.Meaningful work you’ll be part ofAs an ISO Certification Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:End to end client and engagement management for ISO certification audits (planning, execution reporting, file wrap up and close out)Advising clients on potential gaps and areas for enhancing their management systems, policies, processes, procedures and controlsLeading or supporting sales efforts, including proposals, to grow our portfolio of clients and engagementsSupporting the ongoing maintenance and updates for our Business Management SystemSupporting our ongoing regulatory compliance, audit and reporting processesMotivating and guiding engagement teams, coaching and mentoring junior team membersDeveloping and delivering internal and external trainingExperiences and skills you’ll use to solveAccredited ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Lead Auditor with extensive experience conducting ISO certification audits and providing advisory servicesExtensive experience with min of two or more of the ISO Standards and shall be an accredited Lead Auditor by any of the following, IRCA, Exemplar Global, ECO Canada Certified Environmental Auditor and or internally approved by an accredited Certification BodySubstantive professional experience in relevant industry sectors, which may include: Energy, Power and Utilities, Mining, Technology, Manufacturing and Public SectorStrong project management skills with demonstrated experience delivering large, complex projects/engagementsUnwavering commitment to quality with proven quality review and oversight experienceAbility to lead work and collaborate with international, multi-disciplinary teamsStrong proposal writing skills and proven success to effectively meet sales targetsCritical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem solving abilitiesExceptional commitment to providing excellent client service, by building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external clientsStrong personal initiative, agility and resourcefulnessExcellent oral and verbal communication skillsA demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heardThe salary range* for this position is $115,500 – $192,400, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.
