- Provide proactive day-to-day support for regional mobility practices in-line with established policies and programs.
- Maintain Assignment Pro (IMIS) system for the administration of international assignments into the Americas Region.
- Coordinate and produce assignment letters/contracts and other documentation; assist with assignee briefings and answer routine assignment related questions. Includes support for global processes for other regions.
- Assist in reviewing monthly assignment and visa expiration reports and liaising the Mobility Team with analysis of the reports so that we can be pro-active in highlighting potential immigration risks and concerns as relate to our foreign national population.
- Liaise with Finance and Payroll as necessary to provide assignment compensation information and preview Shadow Payroll.
- Help with preparation of data and information for regular mobility reporting and immigration audits.
- Update and maintain mobility information on regional intranet site
- Assist in audit and reconciliation of mobility data.
Is this role right for you?
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Entry level Human Resources/Mobility experience in a professional services environment.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding prioritization, follow-up and organization skills, with ability to work independently, and use good judgment to deliver high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Strong client/customer service orientation/problem solving skills/creativity
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- HRIS experience in Oracle, DayForce and AssignmentPro platform could be advantageous.

This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary.
