As a leading independent investment bank, we enable success for our clients through deep sector expertise, tailored advice and a differentiated, highly productive culture.POSITION OVERVIEW:Summer Investment Banking Analysts at Ventum Capital Markets are integral members of the Investment Banking Group, joining lean and dedicated transaction teams, which provide capital raising and financial advisory services to the firm’s clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, development of client presentations, and interacting with senior bankers and clients. Our analysts work in a generalist capacity gaining valuable exposure to both a wide array of industries, as well as diverse products ranging from equity offerings, debt financings, and M&A advisory.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a demonstrated interest in Finance, with an expected graduation date of 2026.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, modeling, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and be a positive team-player – trustworthy, capable, and reliable.
